  2. I really enjoy these weight loss sessions because of the mix of practice forms. Having said that I am very very inflexible it seems. Are there good stretch out sessions I can use to overcome my days which are either filled with sitting at negotiation tables or travel.

  4. Tim, I love that your mixing it up a bit with the strengthening videos. I have found that the combination of yoga and strengething/work out through the week is the best way to keep my joints and muscles healthy. I use to search for other work out videos on other sites but now I can find everything I need here!

  5. Tim, I liked the video, but during the leg lunge section it's a bit hard for me to transfer from forward lunge to side lunge quickly. I think its important to express a reminder for side lunges that your bent knee shouldn't come out in front of your foot (to ensure you're not puting pressure on your knee).

  7. Loved it. I definitely feel like I got more of a workout than a usual yoga video, but I still feel incredibly relaxed and well stretched out. Would love to see more of these.

  8. Hi Tim! I loved this. It’s just what I needed to help stretch out my hips and work my back/ core after being on my feet 10-14 hours a day at work walking at least 6 miles each day. Would love to see more of these incorporated into the yoga mix. This made my day and now I won’t be crunched together as I fly home today. Thank you so much!

  12. It was a good sequence. N more of this kind is a good option. The sequence was calm at the same time a little challenging n did create heat in the body. Thanks Tim u r a good teacher. Love the way u direct through the sequences.

  13. Thanks Tim! It might be a bit late to comment for this video though. I really like you do different varieties of works. I have injured my hamstrings through yoga (silly me, I overstretched them) a few month ago and been slowly recovering. I have realized how important to strengthen core through my painful experience. I love all of your videos, from vinyasa to meditation and pranayama. Thanks!!

  15. I realized firsthand how peaceful and so spiritual yoga can really be. For example, in a class there’s such a great number of other folks it’s extremely difficult to relate to nature, like you can potentially once you figured out from yoga burn.   22. Tim this was perfect. I had multiple bones broken on my right side when hit by a car three years ago and those path ways between brain and movement are still being rebuilt. These exercises were perfect for reactivating muscles on my right side. Namaste.

  24. This is awesome. I've really been in a rut for a while, gaining weight. I absolutely hate the gym for various reasons, and while I am starting to do some cardio, I wanted some full body exercise. This is perfect, I hope it helps me.

  26. Tim, I am not at all opposed to videos like this, I actually liked it! I just wasn't expecting it–was expecting more flow. Any way to pack a little more heat in these types of workouts?? I Would love to sweat and burn a little more!

  32. I had problems with my shoulder, Knee and back. It was hard for me to do Yoga. I cut out all of the grains and sugar from my diet. I have no aches or pain. My stamina has skyrocketed. I am moving on to the more difficult videos!!

  33. I surf/skate/snowboard but have been off for a few years because of life, also gained tons of weight and lost my core muscles. I dig this series, dig the format, everything.   34. Really like these kinds of videos, I usually do a warm up then a HITT type of work out and finish with one of your yoga videos. However I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes I only have a half hour and this way I get a work out with a grounded vibe and still get my yoga fix! Thanks Tim!
