diet because no one is force feeding you you are the only person who’s putting
food in your mouth so enjoy it enjoy everything you put in your mouth but
don’t just put things in there for the sake of it so I’m gonna have one more learner really what truly enjoying the
food but so many flavors do you get lost lost in
the the event of eating but just settle yourself down and eat and savor and the
amount of more flavors that you would taste it’s quite extraordinary for
instance drinking a coffee coffee in our minds we just think we know what coffee
tastes like but next time you drink the coffee
break it down fill the the burn notes the chocolaty notes the beans that are
in there the sweet the bitter it’s not just coffee there’s so much going on in

  1. Man, i tried this today after self examining myself… it's incredible how differently the food and our body interact when eaten slowly vs fast. I typically NEVER get full, and always feel that hunger pain even after eating, because i always eat in 5 minutes top. I tried to do it in 20minutes and boy!!! even hours later i am still full. i don't want to celebrate too early but at this rate you might be absolutely right about the fact that mindful eating is THE BEST DIET. I will see how that goes over a few days, but thanks for the sharing

  2. I've been looking at videos for mindful eating and this was the first one to make me get it. Your passion really comes through and it was well explained. I'm roughly 100lbs overweight and food has always controlled my life, and you know what? I don't think I've ever really tasted it in all my 27 years. I'm going to try this, make better choices, and reconnect with my body. Thank you.

  4. What if i have an urge to eat junk food? should i listen to the binge and the slowly eat whatever i wanted to ear? or just avoid it at all cost

  5. I know you have to show the eating to get the message across well, but so gross. I really almost couldnt watch the whole video because of the chewing noises.
