Guided meditation for past life regression by Christine Breese In this meditation we’re going to explore a past life. You have many of them. Let us see which one comes up for you. Take a deep breath, and quiet the mind. Relaxing from head to toe, bringing yourself into focus. Let go of all your thoughts from the day. Nothing to do but be present for this meditation right now. Follow your breathing in and out, in and out, even and steady. Begin to feel yourself becoming weightless, light as a feather. Beginning to fall upward, as if you are falling to the sky. Softly, effortlessly, leaving your identity, your name, your surroundings, all of it, letting it go. Moving into formless consciousness, your original state. Falling higher and higher into the sky, feeling a sense of flight like qualities, the true freedom of your consciousness. You are formless now. You begin to fall even higher than the sky, passing through the Earths atmosphere into space Even though the Earth is still in your sight it becomes smaller and smaller until it is perhaps the size of a basketball. You are now your soul, the one who has many lifetimes, thousands and thousands of them. Fee what it is like to be this self that contains all the identities that you have ever worn. Tell yourself now that you are going to visit one of these lifetimes that you have had, one that can help you understand issues that you might have in this lifetime Set your intention now as you gaze at the Earth. Begin your descent back to the Earth, falling downward, closer and closer, going into the microcosm that having a human life is. You are on automatic pilot because your soul knows which lifetime is the most important for you to know about right now. This descent might be slow, it might be fast. Either way, see if you can recognize what continent you are descending to. See where your soul takes you. If you cannot recognize the continent this is fine. It might be obvious later. Getting closer and closer, falling down through the clouds. You might go through a short period of nothingness or unconsciousness. This is alright. Falling downward into the human lifetime in the past. You are entering the time and the place of your birth in this past lifetime. You might hit with a thud or you might enter softly Either way, feel yourself in the womb of your mother and you are about to be born into the earth plane. The womb is your doorway in. What is your birth process? Is it effortless or is it difficult? Is it sweet or is it traumatic? Observe the birth process. When you enter the world who is there to greet you? What is the general feeling tone in the environment you are born into? Now move forward in the lifetime and see yourself as a 3 or 4 year old, maybe even 5. Are you male or female? What is your name? What clothing are you wearing What kind of shoes do you wear on your feet? Do you have any brothers or sisters? Who are your parents? Are they both present? Do you live with relatives? What is your situation? Now move forward to your teenage years around the age of 15. Who are you now? What is your daily life like? What is the time period and culture? What are your emotional and mental issues? Have any traumatic events happened up to this point? Have any wonderful events happened up to this point? What kind of lifetime is this turning out to be? Now move forward to the age of 20. Who are you now? What would you look like if you saw yourself in a mirror, even though no such thing might exist. Perhaps you might find a pool of water and gaze at your image. By this time you have achieved some things. What are your achievements or failures? What are your talents and strenghts? What kind of work do you do? Have you started a family or have you remained single? Are you a happy person or are you miserable or somewhere in between? What is your daily life like? What kind of friends do you have or do you have a lack of friends? If you did not know your name before do you know it now? What is your livelihood what kind of work do you do to support yourself? Now move forward to the age of 30. Have you lived to this age? Are you healthy? Are you rich or poor? How has your life turned out? If you started a family how has it gone? How are your children turning out? How has your career gone and do you even still have one or has your livelihood changed? Has there been success or failure in your career? What have you learned so far in this lifetime? Now move forward to your elderly years if you have lived this long, whatever age that might be. What are your elderly years like? Have you become bitter or are you happy? Have you experienced suffering or created joy? or some kind of shade in between? What is your general attitude in your elderly years? Has it been a life well lived? If you are happy with how your life turned out, what did you do right? Do you have regrets, wishing that perhaps you did things differntly in some places? What would you do different? Now move forward to your death. How did you die? Were you young or were you old? Was it a peaceful passing or was it not? Were you surrounded by loved ones or where you alone? What was the death experience like? Where did you go in the astral worlds after your death. Were you lost for a while or did you return to Source? Now rise up again above the Earth, resting in your formlessness again Feel a sense of completion with that lifetime. See how it might relate to the present life you are in and if it has any relevance whatsoever. Now descend once again back to the Earth into the body that you inhabit in the present lifetime. Come to full consciousness once again. Come back fully and completely, wide awake, alert and fully present. Fully and completely into your present life, back into the identity that you have known yourself as all this time, now containing a memory of a past life. Now, having the wisdom that lifetime gave you.
