  1. I love the arrangement with the trumpet singing. I wonder if Burt did the arrangement. I suspect he did. Such genius!

  2. When I arrived for the first time at my college dorm in 68 this song was blasting out of one of the windows. It always takes me back to the memory of the beginning of my college adventure and life on my own.

  3. Who is listening in 2045? Future time travelers first… Guess what? Almost everyone is extinct! Guy was right! Lol

  4. Dionne and Aretha! I am so lucky to have been around while these two beautiful artists were still very active. They made the world a little less crazy. Thank you so much ladies!

  5. Such a amazing voice! I didn't hate Dionne in the 1960s, oh no! But I was occupied with blues/rock/soul/jazz and all the other music around in that
magic peiod. I didn't really appreciate Dionne until about 1972. Since then, I
put her & Bacharach/David as possibility the top American producer
combo of the era. Maybe Phil Spector
a close second. And Dione was a timeless beauty! No woman has her classic facial features. She a absolute original. So gorgeous!

  6. I never realized how beautiful and normal life was back in the 60s & 70s. I miss it badly, has went too fast.
