welcome this is a five minute hands-free
vinyasa flow this is such a great practice for anyone looking for a quick
practice targeting the legs and challenging balance and focus starting
at the top of the mat big toes to touch on your inhale hands overhead exhale
forward whole inhale half lift exhale forward fold inhale the standing hands overhead exhale heart center grounding your left
foot inhale right knee to chest sending the
right foot back warrior three hover here for a moment when you’re
ready plant the foot for high lunge hands overhead exhale airplane the hands
chest to thigh inhale hands overhead exhale warrior two inhale reverse warrior exhale left elbow
meets the knee right hand overhead side angle inhale transition to high lunge exhale
press into the right foot pop forward embrace the shakes here right ankle to
the left thigh sink the hips or standing pigeon inhale release slowly dry the
right foot to the mat take a moment here when you’re ready inhale hands overhead exhale forward fold inhale half-lift exhale forward fold inhale standing
hands overhead exhale heart center grounding your right foot inhale left
knee to chest sending the left foot back warrior three want the foot for high lunge hands
overhead here exhale airplane the hands chest to die inhale hands overhead exhale warrior two inhale reverse warrior exhale right elbow meets the knee left
hand overhead side angle inhale high lunge exhale pressing into that left foot
popping forward to the top of the mat left ankle to the right thigh sinking
the hips for standing pigeon inhale releasing slowly drying the left
foot to the mouth inhale hands overhead exhale forward

inhale the standing hands come overhead reach tall exhale heart center one more time inhale
