  7. I leave the boring gym to do crossfit and calisthenics. In my small city we don't have a place at all, so, i'm going to put a bar in my back yard to start practice with this vídeos. I now, it's better with a techer around, but if you really pay atenttion to him someday it's going to work perfectly.

Chris and the THENX team is always encouraging and descriptive in the different exercises and routines they put out there, don't need someone else's opinion for me to judge what I want to do for myself, and they, like many others put it out on a platform that people can view for free.

    These exercise/workout videos have been helping me with my fitness and health every day so thank you Chris and THENX, keep it up!

  10. This is good stuff. As always,. Some how it makes you want to attempt these moves. You create a sense of accessibility for all these complex moves that I just want to drop what I am doing and go straight at it!
    Please do not respond to Austin Dunham video. Its so silly and low. No one needs this drama in the calisthenics community.

  12. I'm really strong and my body fat is around 15% with only 82kg and I have problem with doing clean pull ups. I can do around 8-10 reps but I start to get problem after 4-5 reps and I can't pull the whole range of motion.

  14. To help with the high pulls ups doing weighted Australian pull ups regular pulls ups (duh) and I’m not sure if this helps but i did muscle ups before high pull ups. Hope this helps guys

  15. This channel got me into calisthenics. I always thought going to the gym will make me feel fit and look good but years of watching this channel inspired me to hit the bars and not the gym. Pretty much all you need for a workout is a pull up bar and a dip bar. Love this channel!! 🤙

  23. One thing I been doing is the lat pull down machine standing up to get used too the lat pull down thing with weight bringing it to my chest line and belly button to get stronger bro so I can eventually pull my body up to my belly button.
